• Dryer Vent Cleaning

We use state of the art equipment to get the job done.  Some say you can do it yourself inexpensively with a dryer cleaning brush and a leaf blower.  Save yourself money and a lot of aggravation.  Doctors tell you not to use Q-tips because it just pushes stuff down farther into the ear.  The same applies for dryer vents and as far as the leaf blower there won't be enough force behind it to blow it out, both of these things will just pack lint farther into the ducting system and create more of a problem.  We use just the right amount of compressed air with several different jet snake heads and an industrial high volume static air blower to get your dryer vent completely clean.                                                                                                                                 

• Internal Dryer Cleaning

Manufactures, insurance companies, fire chiefs and government agencies state that lint in the internal part of the dryer is a major fire hazard and should be professionally cleaned as least once a year.  We remove the back of your dryer and give the internal motor and heating coils a through cleaning with an industrial high volume static air vacuum.

• Dryer Connection Replacement

Lint not only collects in the ducting in the wall, it first gets trapped in the dryer connection.  This will not only slow air circulation, but increase electricity cost and also pose a fire hazard. 

We will replace dryer connection with semi rigid aluminum

connections.  Manufactures, insurance companies, fire chiefs and government agencies state that dryers should not be outfitted with white plastic or vinyl dryer connections.  They are susceptible to catch fire do to the high heat build up that can occur.

• Dryer Boxes from The Dryer Box

Nothing is more of a pain than not having enough space to

to move around  in your laundry room.  And the dryer sticking out 8 to 12 inches doesn't help either.   We will install dryer boxes into your wall.

This will help your dryer sit back more

snuggly against the wall without crushing or kinking your dryer connection.  This is done by placing a small hole into the dry wall, then using a fiber optic scope to make sure there isn't any plumbing or electrical behind where the wall needs to be cut out.  Then cutting out the wall to fit. 

• Dryer Roof Vents or Wall Vents

We will also replace roof or wall vents if needed.  Sometimes birds or rodents can build nests and destroy the vents.  Vents can have malfunctions and trap lint before it can come out.  Vents can also be a source of cold or hot air coming into your laundry room from not having a back flow vent.

• Re-Vents

If for any reason you need your ducting re vented we can do it.  Some dryer ducts have been vented straight into the attic.  This is a definite hazard.  A dryer load can have anywhere from a half gallon to a gallon of water which is then vented into your attic and can cause mold. A certified roofer may need to be called if holes have to be cut into the roof.
